Video of the Week: Walldogs in Rhode Island

This week’s video of the week comes to us from WPRI, a TV station in Providence, Rhode Island, that took notice when the Walldogs invaded the small, historic coastal town of Westerly, Rhode Island, a couple years ago.

Walldogs hold a gathering every year in some lucky town, when the old-style sign painters roll in and paint signs, murals and other large graphics the old-fashioned way—by hand.

This year’s annual gathering of the Walldogs will be June 20-23 in Keene, New Hampshire. Details are here. Once again, the town expects a couple hundred Walldogs to show up and the plan is to paint 16 murals.
