Dallas-based ASI-Modulex has announced its new brand. Now known as ASI, the company maintains its heritage and full-service offerings including interior, exterior and digital signage solutions.
The reason for ASI’s rebranding stems from its separation last year from Denmark’s Modulex A/S after being acquired by Wolfe Capital Partners of Dallas. The ASI and Modulex partnership continues to be mutually beneficial, and ASI will continue to be the sole distributor of Modulex products in the U.S.
The new ASI identity incorporates the original font used in the 1965 logo to demonstrate the heritage of the organization with updated graphic elements and text to show the innovative, forward facing outlook of the company. In addition to the new logo, ASI introduced a new website: asisignage.com.
