Melville, New York-based Canon U.S.A. Inc. announces the opening of two new customer service operation centers in the Western United States.
The company’s 33,682-square-foot call center is up and running in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The facility’s state-of-the-art data center technology ensures that between it and the other call center in Chesapeake, Virginia, customers will be able to receive support from U.S.-based Canon employees 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Canon U.S.A. also announces the opening of the Canon Experience Center in Costa Mesa, California. A new branch of the Canon Americas Marketing Engineering Technology Center, the 38,000-square-foot center will house service and support for its customers, including an education center and training theater; a members-only lounge; and a nearly 5,000-square-foot showroom that will display many of Canon’s products, including its large format printers.
