Tucson, Arizona-based Cirrus Visual, a full-service graphic design, marketing and web development company, announces that it has strengthened its relationship with Tokyo-based Ricoh, a manufacturer of commercial inkjet printheads, wide-format printers and office imaging equipment.
Cirrus Visual began purchasing Ricoh presses several years ago, and eventually the versatility of the Ricoh printers relegated the marketing company’s offset presses to only rare use. Finally, Cirrus got rid of them altogether and decided to go entirely digital.
Recently, Cirrus Visual moved to a new, much larger facility to accommodate the additional Ricoh digital and wide-format presses needed to keep up with demand. That led to the purchase of a Ricoh Pro L4160.
“When we have visitors at our new facility, it’s the RICOH Pro L4160 that draws the ‘oohs’ and ‘ahhs,’” says Brandon Blair, president of Cirrus Visual. “With the capabilities this device brings, Cirrus is continuing to create new opportunities to engage customers looking for a wide format partner.”
Blair says the company’s new printer is eco-friendly, uses aqueous latex ink and seven-color printing, including orange, green and white and, best of all he says, the Pro L4160 has yet to experience a minute of downtime.
