Corporate Press Acquires Competitor and Rebrands as Corporate Communications Group

Lanham, Maryland-based graphics communication firm Corporate Press announces its acquisition of Upper Marlboro, Maryland-based printing company McArdle Solutions. The company is also rebranding itself and will be known going forward as Corporate Communications Group.

The company’s Lanham, Maryland and Sterling, Virginia facilities will be consolidated into the newly-renovated, 131,000-square-foot facility in Upper Marlboro, the company says.

“The new name reflects our focus on creative marketing and communication solutions,” says Michael Marcian, CEO of the combined organizations. “Today, we are a valuable front-end partner to clients by using advanced marketing technologies to deliver branded communications across multiple platforms—digital, direct and print.

“Whether B2B or B2C, we deliver the personalized and customized messages that will engage your audience,” Marcian continues. “In other words, ideas, borne out of insights, that get results.”

Corporate Communications Group says it is the largest employee-owned graphic communications facility in the mid-Atlantic region.
