EDP Honors Sepiax Water-Based Inks

The European Digital Press Association (EDP), representing over 1 million readers, recently held its prestigious awards ceremony in Birmingham, UK, and honored Austria-based digital inkjet ink maker Sepiax Ink Technology, by naming its water-based AquaRes inks as the Best Environmental Ink of 2010.

According to the EDP review, “Aqueous-based inks which are a good alternative to latex and solvents, and are suitable for use in Epson DX3, DX4 and DX5 print head machines (EPSON, Mutoh, Roland and Mimaki). Prints onto a wide range of materials including uncoated stocks and polypropylene, polyethylene, polyurethane, wood and metal.”
