Featured Project: ASAP Energy Adds Two Daktronics Billboards

Brookings, South Dakota-based LED display manufacturer Daktronics announces that, in conjunction with Arapaho, Oklahoma-based Johnson Signs, it designed, manufactured and installed two new LED digital billboards for Weatherford, Oklahoma-based ASAP Energy, a fuel distribution company that operates multiple retail locations in several Midwest states.

These two billboards were installed at the ASAP Energy outlet in Clinton, Oklahoma. They are approximately 9 ½’ x 35’ and feature 20-millimeter line spacing. According to the manufacturer, the technology features extensively-tested environmental protection for optimal operation.

This brings to 10 the number of Daktronics displays installed by ASAP, the first being in 2013.

“ASAP is very pleased with the quality of the Daktronics products that we have purchased through Johnson Signs,” says Rick Koch, president of ASAP Energy Inc. “We continue to purchase Daktronics products through Johnson Signs because of the quality, service and many ways we can use the signs to advertise and promote our products and the products of our advertising customers.”
