This seamless wrap consists of 22 panels attached to a custom Tensioning Solutions frame.

Featured Project: A Banner Day for this Seamless Wrap

This featured project comes to us out of Baltimore, where a five-story parking garage needed to be concealed behind a wrap made of printed vinyl mesh.

The 17,000 square feet of vinyl was printed by Dodge-Chrome Inc. of Silver Spring, Maryland.

Dodge-Chrome did the installation, and used TS44 extrusions made by Tampa, Florida-based Tensioning Solutions, which manufactures aluminum extruder bars used to fabricate custom frames for projects such as this. The building wrap includes 22 panels, most of which are 20’ x 45’, and the extruders allowed for the seamless appearance, as the goal was to create what looked like one giant wrap, the companies say.

The installation was done by Dodge-Chrome. The company says it’s the single largest project it has done to date.
