This featured project comes to us from Birmingham, England, home of a full-service sign, graphics and wraps shop called HNS Signs.
This wrap was a spin-off from a previous project the shop had done for a local craft brewer called Sadlers Ales. HNS was hired to do the signage at its new taproom in nearby Quinton.
“They had done an amazing job in Quinton, so it was an easy choice for us to use HNS for this next project,” says Jim Pycraft, operations director at Sadlers Ales.
Sadlers wanted HNS to bring the brewery’s taproom experience to the masses via its beer bus. After some creative brainstorming, HNS decided that wrapping the interior as well as the exterior of the bus would truly convey the ambience that Sadlers was looking for.
As it happened, HNS had less than four days to complete the entire project, which meant the entire company pitching in to get the job completed. In fact, it says, parts of the design were still being finalized while the installation was already under way. Needless to say, the brewery was thrilled with the result.
“The bus has had a terrific impact at the City Social event and we’ve had a fantastic response to the vehicle,” says Pycraft. “We’re delighted how HNS has understand our vision and created innovative signage solutions for us and intend to use them as our creative partner of choice as we continue to grow.”
