Gemini Honors 34 for Years of Service

Cannon Falls, Minnesota-based Gemini, a manufacturer of dimensional letters, logos and plaques, recently held a special recognition event for 34 of its employees who have served the company for more than five years at its Farmville, Virginia, manufacturing site, treating the group to dinner and a theater outing.

With seven manufacturing sites in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, the company holds these events in honor of its dedicated employees every year at every location, says Gemini corporate events manager Lori Carroll. Employees with more than 12 years of service receiving a trip to Las Vegas for themselves and a significant other.

“These events recognize employees’ contributions to the success of Gemini, which is directly related to the focus of taking care of our customers,” Carroll says. “These events are one of many ways we thank our employees and local communities for being part of exemplifying the very culture that makes a difference to our customers.”
