Officials with Cannon Falls, Minnesota-based Gemini, manufacturers of dimensional letters, logos and plaques, announce the opening of a new customer service center in Spokane Valley, Washington. The company says with additional customer service staffing, the new center will enhance Gemini’s customer service quality and response time to its nationwide network of authorized resellers.
“As demand continues to grow for Gemini’s custom wholesale manufacturing services, we are accelerating our investment to improve customer service responsiveness as well,” says Tania Anderson, customer service manager at Gemini. “The new Spokane Valley customer service center is a great example of that investment, and will allow us to provide better coverage for all of our authorized resellers, particularly those located on the West Coast.”
Adds Phil Jacobson, Gemini’s vice president of human resources, “Spokane Valley was an attractive expansion site for us, due to the high quality of people available for hire, educational resources nearby, and the attractive cost of doing business. We plan to hire 30 people by the end of the year, and even more as we grow.”
The Spokane Valley center is in the midst of staffing up, and available positions include customer service representatives and graphic layout artists, the company says.
It also has customer service centers at its Cannon Falls headquarters and in Neustadt, Ontario.
