Giving Back: Trotec, Ikonics and JDS Donate Seminar Proceeds to Children’s Group

Plymouth, Michigan-based laser cutting and engraving equipment manufacturer Trotec announces that all the proceeds from a recent two-day technical workshop it co-hosted are being donated to a nonprofit children’s camp. Proceeds from the registration fees were donated to Camp Kudzu, a Georgia-based children’s camp that offers programs to support the special medical needs of children with Type 1 diabetes.

Minnesota-based IKONICS and South Dakota-based JDS Industries also took part in the seminar, which focused on the particular areas of expertise of the three companies: Lasers, sand carving and dye sublimation.

Camp Kudzu runs camps throughout the Peach State but its offices are based in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
