On the site, the company is offering its iAVC (Integrated Audio Video Control Professional) training content, a completely new online training certification course. Dealers can create a user profile and view content to achieve the highest level expertise on the “when, why, and how” of integrating Key Digital’s products. iAVC is arranged by product category, delving into product uses, primary applications, system design, features and benefits, and troubleshooting tools.
On average, the company says, its training modules are about 15 minutes in length, making them informative and engaging yet ideal for the busy professional.
As for the overall website, the company says it includes extensive updates to product information to help customers master Key Digital’s complete range of A/V and control system solutions. Product specifications, training content, and the press center work together to provide a detailed overview of Key Digital’s offerings across a wide range of markets, including corporate, bar and restaurant, digital signage, education, government, and house of worship applications.
