Ohio-based vinyl welding equipment manufacturer Miller Weldmaster announces the opening of what it’s calling its new “Resolution Center.”
The company says the center will enable faster customer support by its field service engineering team. The dedicated operation will offer customers access to quality post-purchase technical service and support for their Miller Weldmaster machines after they’ve been purchases.
The company says the center will be manned by technical service representatives that will be able to offer efficient resolution of customer needs in many areas, including helping select machine parts and troubleshooting and resolving any machine issues.
“The expansion of our service department with the opening of the Miller Weldmaster Resolution Center will allow our skilled field service engineers to better assist our customers than ever before,” says Eric Helmick, who manages the center. “This over-the-phone technical and service support shows our dedication to providing a 'first choice' customer service experience.”
