Orbus Exhibit & Display Group, Bolingbrook, Ill., a leading trade supplier of display, exhibit and event solutions, announces its plans to expand operations through the construction of a new 350,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility. The company held a groundbreaking ceremony Sept. 23 to kick-off the construction of the new building, which will be built on a 20-acre site in Woodridge, Ill. The new facility will not only allow the company to achieve its plans for growth, but enable it to consolidate current operations and bring its team together into one facility.
In 2010, Orbus merged with its sister brand Nimlok. This move is the last step in the consolidation of its Illinois-based operations, and combines the company’s custom exhibit manufacturing capabilities with its portable display production and distribution. Not only will the consolidation improve efficiencies and reduce duplication, but it will support the company in establishing a unified corporate culture.
