Irvine, California-based OSI Creative, a designer of custom packaging, point-of-purchase and point-of-sale displays and promotional items, announces that it is purchasing the assets of Long Island, New York-based New Dimensions Research Corp., a full-service designer and manufacturer of dynamic displays and merchandising for leading consumer brands. The transaction is expected to close in February 2019.
According to its new soon-to-be owners, NDR has been creating award-winning displays and point-of-purchase programs for the world’s top brands for more than 60 years. The company has received more than 150 awards for its unique designs and quality displays.
“The agreement with NDR is a significant milestone in our growth strategy that will increase our presence in the strategic East Coast market,” says Joe Baksha, OSI Creative’s president and CEO. “Building a strong geographic presence is critical in developing mutually-rewarding customer relationships and fostering in-person collaboration in designing and executing retail branding programs that drive consumer interaction and product sales. Key employees of NDR will remain with the organization.”
Baksha said the agreement will not only enable OSI to provide its service to current and potential new customers of both companies, but will also expand its purchasing power with supplier and manufacturing partners.
