The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP), an independent, non-profit certification organization, announces that Phoseon Technology, Hillsboro, Ore., a clean energy UV-LED curing lamp systems manufacturer, has become SGP’s newest Gold Patron. Phoseon joins a growing number of companies that support the transition to sustainable business practices for the graphic communications industry. Through the generous support of companies like Phoseon Technology, the SGP Partnership is able to keep program participation fees for printers low.
“Phoseon Technology is helping the printing industry transition to mercury-free, clean energy UV-LED curing solutions, and we are pleased to join forces with the Sustainable Green Printing Partnership,” states Bill Cortelyou, Phoseon Technology president and CEO. “SGP and Phoseon Technology share a commitment to encouraging sustainability practices, and we welcome the opportunity to share our technology with the graphic communications industry.”
