La Tour-du-Pin, France-based Serge Ferrari, a maker of flexible composite materials and printable textiles for a variety of industries, including the signage, graphics and exhibit and display markets, announces the appointment of Jules Duguay as its new vice president in the Americas.
Duguay has spent the past 13 years in the textile industry, where he was responsible for managing a multi-million dollar company and all aspects of the business including finance, operations, sales, marketing, product development and human resources. During his tenure, Jules increased both revenues and profitability through value engineering, process improvement, aggressive cost reduction, strategic customer and supplier partnering, and innovative product development strategies, according to his new company. Duguay’s previous experience also includes a range of management, business development, and engineering positions at companies within the steel industry.
In his new role at Serge Ferrari, Duguay will oversee business operations in North, Central, and South America. He will operate out of the company’s American headquarters, which is in Pompano Beach, Florida.
