Stratasys and WYNIT Strike Distribution Agreement

Stratasys, a provider of 3D printing, or additive manufacturing solutions, announces it has struck a North American Distribution agreement with North Syracuse, New York-based WYNIT Inc.

Stratasys, parent company of 3D printer manufacturer MakerBot, will be expanding its sales channels across North America by tapping WYNIT’s established reseller network in the technical graphics markets. Together, the companies will be selectively authorizing resellers in this and other markets they feel are untapped.

WYNIT, the companies say, will be offering comprehensive business and development and support services for the Stratasys Mojo, uPrint, Objet 24 and Objet 30 product lines.

The technical graphics market holds great potential for expanding into the 3D printing category, according to Geoffrey Lewis, president and CEO of WYNIT, adding that he views Stratasys’ printers as the market leader.

Stratasys is headquartered in Minneapolis and in Rehovot, Israel.
