The Newton, Iowa-based Vernon Co., a full-service graphics and promotional products company founded in 1902, announces a partnership with the UK-based Brandinc, a branding and manufacturing consultancy with U.S. headquarters in Los Angeles.
The companies say the partnership is dedicated to helping international Fortune 500 companies with their global branding initiatives. Together, they will provide integrated technology solutions and core groups of custom-designed products that are both market-specific and safety compliant to local distribution points throughout the world.
Merging Vernon’s rich North American branding and marketing experience with Brandinc’s creative agency and global team approach will provide a seamless customer experience in major markets throughout the world, the two companies say.
“We are really excited about this relationship with Brandinc,” says Chris Vernon, CEO of The Vernon Company. “After working closely with them on a complex multi-year program for an international company, we quickly realized that both organizations could benefit immensely if we were to formally collaborate together. We feel Brandinc’s highly creative product development team compliments Vernon’s broad array of administrative, marketing, financial and technology services.

Both organizations will continue to operate as separate companies. No financial terms of the partnership were disclosed.
