The company's products enable real-time interactivity, integration with social media and mobile engagement. Aerva’s customers include Anheuser-Busch, APN Outdoor, the U.S. Navy, Beats-by-Dre, Taco Bell and HTC.

As part of the buyout deal, Aerva will continue to operate as an independent company at its Cambridge headquarters.
