Get Ready for WRAPSCON

If you’re into the wraps market—or even if you’re simply interested in checking out the wraps market—you’ve got to get yourself out to WRAPSCON, a special trade show for graphics installers that will be once again joining The NBM B.I.G. Show floor in Indianapolis this summer, June 2-4.

WRAPSCON will focus entirely on the wraps industry and promises to be exciting, educational and offers ways to help shops become stronger and more profitable. As the wraps industry grows and becomes more competitive, it becomes increasingly important for shop owners to enhance their education, become familiar with today’s wrap film materials and to be up on the latest installation techniques.

With the huge potential for growth in the graphics market—especially vinyl wrap professionals serving the vehicle wrap advertising, commercial fleet graphics and related markets—this show couldn’t come at a better time.

National Business Media—the producers of Sign & Digital Graphics and WRAPS magazines as well as The NBM B.I.G. Show—is bringing together the best graphics installers and the leading manufacturers and distributors in the business under one roof. The event will feature hands-on education, top manufacturers of vinyl films, wide-format printers, laminators and other tools needed to run a successful shop. It’s an event no wrap shop owner or installer can afford to miss. Do I sound excited?

Well, some of the world’s most renowned wrap installers will be on hand teaching and doing wrap demonstrations on an array of cars, trucks, boats and yes, even an aircraft. Join industry greats like Justin Pate, Matt Richart, Dallas Fowler, Troy Downey, Carl Brewer, Adam Sumner, Tony Kendricks, Luis Tirado and many more. Featured exhibitors at WRAPSCON include 3M, Mimaki USA, Mutoh America, ORAFOL, Roland DGA and The Wraps Institute.

For its part, The Wrap Institute, led by Justin Pate, plans to wrap a car from start to finish each day of the show; and it will also wrap a boat and an aircraft from start to finish during the course of the show. Did I mention the aircraft? This I’ve got to see.

But aside from the exciting and glamorous wrap job demos, there will be a series of wraps-centric education opportunities on topics such as design and layout, vehicle parts removal, installation processes, tool selection, film selection and more. No matter what your level of experience or interest, this inaugural wraps convention is for you.

Okay, back to work.
