3M Introduces Small Business Tool

St. Paul, Minnesota-based 3M announces a new resource for small businesses that can help them strengthen their brand through effective marketing.

The company has launched a web portal it calls “Brand You,” which serves as an online resource for small businesses wanting to maximize their brand impact and awareness. The site – 3M.com/BrandYou – features educational content and testimonials from business owners who have successfully put their own branding into action and strengthened their businesses in the process. At Brand You, business owners can view vehicle wraps, sign installations, wall graphics and many more examples of ways to push their brand message out.

3M cites a recent study, which found that 36 percent of small business owners don’t utilize storefront branding and 46 percent don’t use their vehicles for advertising, as the impetus for creating the site.

3M’s Commercial Solutions division manufactures or certifies lighting solutions, graphic films and graphic protection, and flexible substrates, as well as inks and toners used to create finished graphics that are consistent‚ reliable and durable.
