Pro Wrap Video: Selling a PPF Upgrade

Justin Pate of The Wrap Institute talks to John Scott of Scott Solar Auto Spa of Arlington, Texas, about a technique he uses to convince customers to upgrade to full coverage when they come in for a PPF treatment. The customer is always looking to pay the least amount they can, but once Scott explains the value of spending a little more to protect the vehicle's entire body with the film, most of the time they go for the upgrade, which makes for happier customers in the end and more profit for his shop—a true win-win.
